Hello from Unbroker
We’ve been building software for other people for years before we put a name on what we do. This blog is where we’ll write about it — out loud, in public, in the open.
What this is for
Most of what we write here will land in one of three buckets:
- Notes from the work. Postmortems, architecture decisions, and the kinds of trade-offs we make when shipping production software with a small senior team.
- Things we got wrong. We’ve burned hours on bad bets and we’d rather you don’t. The work that didn’t work is often the most useful to share.
- Boutique, explained. Why we operate the way we do — few clients, no juniors, no rotation — and what that buys you compared to the agency model.
What this is not
It’s not a list of “10 reasons React hooks changed our life.” It’s not a hiring funnel. It’s not a content marketing engine.
We write here when we have something to say. If a month goes by without a post, that means we were heads-down shipping. Probably for one of three clients we have at the time.
What’s next
We’ll publish the first real post soon — a teardown of how we set up a production-ready AI agent for a logistics client in three weeks. Subscribe to the RSS feed (coming soon) or check back when you remember.
Thanks for reading.
